Guest services staff at The Hangout managing Hostelworld bookings and helping travelers in Krabi.
ThailandWhat I'm looking for
At The Hangout in Krabi, I check in guests, answer questions, and offer local travel advice. I manage bookings using Hostelworld and Google Sheets.
I also handle guest requests and complaints by WhatsApp and email, finding quick solutions and helping guests feel welcome.
Before The Hangout, I worked in guest services at Nomads and X Base. At X Base, I began as a volunteer and was offered a paid position.
Earlier, I worked as a warehouse associate at Special Distribution Company and as a delivery driver and cashier at Roman's Pizza and Pasta. I’m ready to bring my customer service skills to a remote support role.
