Loren Taylor

Fundraising and individual giving specialist driving donor retention and long-term growth.
What I'm looking for
I’m a fundraising and individual giving specialist with over ten years’ experience, currently working at Save the Children International. I’ve worked across the full donor journey—from acquisition and retention to stewardship and testing new fundraising products—staying close to delivery while leading strategy where it matters.
I focus on practical, thoughtful fundraising that builds long-term supporter relationships. In my current role, I lead digital donor retention across Eastern Asia, Europe and the Middle East, exceeding EOY campaign income targets (213% of goal) and annual donations targets (106%), while using insight and automation to improve regular giver retention, payment recovery, and campaign performance. Previously, I built donor retention from the ground up with Dotdigital—improving second/third gift rates, reducing early attrition, and increasing conversion rates by 25%, alongside higher opt-in rates (28% to 36%) and strong ROI outcomes (including Year 1 ROI of 1.11 and projected 5-year ROI of 2.60). I’ve also led multi-channel appeals and stewardship across direct mail, telemarketing, email, and social, delivering results like +21% one-off donations and +9.8% YOY regular donors, while line managing fundraising teams and briefing agencies and suppliers.
