At the French Air and Space Force, I provide IT and telecommunications support in an operational military environment. I install, configure, and maintain computer workstations and IT equipment.

I diagnose hardware and software problems and troubleshoot network connectivity and equipment issues. My work includes network installations and fiber-optic, copper, and RJ45 cabling.

I assist users with technical problems, follow established procedures, and escalate issues when necessary. I also collaborate with other technical personnel to resolve more complex issues.

During technical training with the French Air and Space Force in Rochefort, I completed telecommunications and IT training and developed practical knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
