I prepared, configured, and deployed Windows workstations across municipal departments at the Mairie de Thiais, supporting reliable day-to-day IT operations.

I provided Tier 1 technical assistance, diagnosed incidents, and resolved first-level user issues. I also installed software, configured network printers and peripheral devices, and delivered on-site desktop support.

My systems experience includes Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory user and group management, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, network shares, and basic virtualization. I have also supported asset management, inventory tracking, and internal security procedures using tools including GLPI, Veeam Backup, and Microsoft Office 365.

Earlier customer support experience strengthened my phone support, subscriber assistance, and customer retention skills. I'm eager to bring my methodical, client-focused troubleshooting approach to a collaborative IT team.
