What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine customer communication, organized document handling, research, and creative visual content to support clients and business operations.

I'm currently managing customer orders end-to-end at Girteka, coordinating with logistics and operations teams and keeping customers informed on shipment status, delays, and deliveries.

Previously, I supported immigration cases at Legal-Consulting Group Ltd by organizing application documents, researching immigration regulations, and communicating case updates to clients. I also investigated operational issues, handled inquiries, and worked to resolve recurring problems.

My marketing and media experience includes lead research, personalized email outreach, and creating campaign visuals for Future Bridge Events, Herstory, and Mirabaldebi. I use Canva and Adobe tools to create social media graphics, presentations, and communication materials.
