I do have over 10 years experience in telecom on DMS and Lucent local line-side switch and call routing translations. I’m strong in switching and troubleshooting, and I focus on ticketing and working with field technicians to resolve issues fast and accurately across DMS and Lucent environments.
I’ve supported and operated systems including NPAC/LNP web-based databases, Activation Manager, Remedy ticketing (IntradaPro Remedy TTS), DOCSIS modem database tools, and VoIP platforms like ShoreTel and VoIP soft-switch environments. More recently, I’ve brought that same service mindset to outbound technical customer support for Microsoft Teams and Office365 apps, along with customer support and service activation roles, while also maintaining a licensed sales agent background.
