At Nyack Public Schools, I serve as Substitute Principal/Building Administrator, supporting daily operations and a safe, productive learning environment. I work with teachers and support staff on student needs, restorative practices, and continuity of services.
At St. Stephen of Hungary School, I developed action plans using NWEA MAP data and NYS testing results. I also coordinated special education services and compliance, and co-authored a successful National Blue Ribbon School application that resulted in the 2023 designation.
As Regional Instructional Specialist for the Archdiocese of New York Department of Education, I collaborated with school leaders and teachers to improve instruction, interpret assessment data, and develop professional learning. Earlier, I taught special education and led the i-LEARN program at Francis Lewis High School.
