What I'm looking for
At Schreiber High School, I lead the Special Education Department, supervising 14 special education teachers and 16 teaching assistants while ensuring IEP compliance for 205 classified students.
I oversee departmental budgeting, chair CSE meetings, coordinate hiring, and partner with district leadership to implement, evaluate, and report assessment data. I also lead monthly department meetings focused on progress monitoring, digital supports, and curricular changes.
