What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and strengthen special education systems that advance compliance, inclusive practices, staff development, and equitable outcomes for students with disabilities.

I direct special education programming at North Lawndale College Prep, overseeing IEP processes, compliance records, service delivery, evaluations, and family collaboration.

Across Global Psychological Services and multiple school campuses, I've managed complex cases, strengthened compliance systems, coached staff, and partnered with school leaders to resolve concerns. I also supervise teacher candidates at North Park University, using the Danielson Framework to develop instruction, differentiation, and classroom practice.

My foundation as a special education teacher and classroom assistant keeps my work grounded in inclusive instruction, progress monitoring, and equitable access for students with disabilities.
