What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to inspire students and collaborate with a supportive team.

As a dedicated Special Education Teacher, I have spent over a decade inspiring students to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential. My journey in education began with a BA in Creative Writing and English Literature, which laid the foundation for my passion for teaching. I hold multiple advanced degrees, including an MA in Educational Leadership and a Sixth-Year Certificate in Educational Administration & Supervision, equipping me with the skills to lead and innovate in educational settings.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles, including as a Math Interventionist and a Grade Level Leader for high school students. My experience spans several schools, including Bassick High School and Harding High School, where I have successfully adapted curricula to meet the diverse needs of students with social/emotional disabilities. I am committed to fostering a positive and collaborative school culture, utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance student achievement and providing job coaching to help students become independent adults.
