At Applied Materials (semiconductors), I standardized logistics warehouse documentation with process maps and a QMS database, and co-led a global CRM implementation. I also managed development of training materials to support CRM adoption as well as Logistic processes.
Earlier at Applied Materials, I managed equipment orders during global supply chain shortages and coordinated teams to improve delivery predictability. In manufacturing and engineering roles there, I introduced Lean process changes that reduced cycle time and floor space by ~30%.
Across roles at NATiVE Inc., Louisiana Economic Development, Digimarc ID Systems, and GE Power, I managed implementations, workforce training, and process improvement projects. My work included coordinating a state-wide driver license system deployment and creating training documentation for manufacturing teams.
