I’ve spent 4+ years at InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo), moving from Officer to Senior Executive in Customer Service—using recurring passenger complaint patterns to find root causes and close service gaps.

At IndiGo, I built and maintained Excel dashboards with Power Query automation to replace manual weekly reporting, so leadership could get faster, more accurate data for decision-making.

I also draft structured reports, SOPs, and training material, and I coordinate across ground operations, ticketing, and escalation teams to resolve multi-department passenger issues while keeping sensitive customer data confidential.

Outside the airline, I’m co-founder and Product & Growth Lead for a plant-based tofu brand, where I run market research, organize results in spreadsheets, and manage a segmented B2B prospect database for Delhi NCR outreach.
