I'm looking for an operations, data analysis, or project coordination role where I can improve performance, streamline processes, support leadership decisions, and manage cross-functional operational initiatives.

At IndiGo, I analyze On-Time Performance trends, lead daily and weekly South Region performance reviews, and support operational reporting across MAA, BLR, and 17 non-metro stations. I also conduct audits across aircraft cleaning, GSE upkeep, ramp safety, and passenger-feedback processes to improve SOP compliance and service quality.

Previously, I coordinated PAN India operational projects, leadership dashboards, IROPs, recruitment support, and regional initiatives at IndiGo. At MDNIY under the Ministry of AYUSH, I supported the Director through executive IT support, virtual events, live streaming, digital content, and institutional communications.
