What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead coaching, training, and resource development that helps early childhood educators deliver high-quality practices.

I currently manage a team of coaches at Acelero, Inc., supporting early childhood education providers and programs through YoungStar High Quality Practices.

Previously at Shine Early Learning, I created resources, job aids, and trainings for early childhood educators and administrators. I also presented monthly at conferences on budgeting, staff development, family engagement, community resources, and high-quality care practices.

As a certified Infant/Toddler to Two’s Montessori lead teacher, I developed lesson plans, guided assistants, and communicated with families while supporting children’s development from infancy through age three.

I bring a background in adult learning, curriculum development, classroom management, team collaboration, and training and technical assistance. I’m also trained as a Training and Technical Assistance Professional and hold Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
