I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with over 13 years in early childhood education and four years in restaurant management. I build nurturing, safe, and engaging spaces for children while leading teams to deliver excellent service.

As an early childhood educator, I provided care and developmental support for children ages six weeks to five years, created age-appropriate lesson plans, and maintained environments meeting state licensing standards. I emphasized social-emotional learning and school readiness.

In restaurant management, I supervised daily operations in a fast-paced environment, hired and trained front- and back-of-house staff, managed scheduling and inventory, and handled vendor relations. My leadership improved employee retention and customer satisfaction.

I hold an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and bring strong skills in classroom management, staff supervision and training, communication, and conflict resolution. I am organized, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement for children and teams alike.
