I am a dedicated and passionate early childhood professional with extensive experience in child development and program management. My journey in this field has been driven by a commitment to fostering learning and growth in young children. I have successfully led teams and initiatives at the YMCA of the North, where I supported daily operations and enhanced program quality, ensuring that each child's developmental needs were met through effective communication with families and staff.
