Throughout my career, I have successfully led teams, managed childcare centers, and facilitated professional development opportunities. At Shine Early Learning, I engage in a coaching cycle that emphasizes observation and feedback, helping programs achieve their improvement goals. My previous role as an Early Learning Director at Mukwonago YMCA involved overseeing a center of approximately 80 children and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance program participation. I am passionate about creating structured and engaging learning environments that foster growth and development.
