I’m a Microsoft 365 Engineer with 1.5 years of hands-on experience administering M365 environments across 12+ client tenants. I focus on identity and access controls, collaboration infrastructure support, and security alignment so teams can work safely and confidently.

In my current Secured-IT Engineer role, I manage identity lifecycle across tenants—handling user provisioning and deprovisioning, role and group assignments, MFA enforcement, and access reviews in Microsoft Entra ID. I also design and deploy Conditional Access policies, Intune compliance/configuration profiles, and endpoint security baselines, including Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.

I build for speed and consistency: I’ve authored SOPs and maintained an internal technician wiki, then developed PowerShell scripts and Power Automate flows to standardize ticket resolution and onboarding. I’ve also performed incident response with Defender alerts and executed Microsoft 365 tenant separation—migrating Teams, SharePoint sites, Exchange mailboxes, and OneDrive content while remapping identities and resolving cross-workload permission issues. Beyond day-to-day operations, I’ve led Purview/Copilot readiness for multiple clients and worked on a Python-based LLM agent that queries Wazuh SIEM data using external APIs to surface vulnerability and endpoint risk insights.
