I'm a Microsoft 365 and identity administrator with about 2.5 years running the entire M365 environment for a mid-sized remote-first company as the sole admin, everything from Entra ID and Conditional Access to Intune device management and Exchange Online, with a strong focus on Zero Trust security architecture. I like owning problems end-to-end rather than working a narrow slice of a bigger team, and I've automated a lot of the repetitive parts of the job (onboarding, offboarding, license audits) using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, which cut real time and errors out of processes that used to be manual.

Since then I've been doing freelance M365 support for a few small business clients, mostly setting up security basics they didn't have (MFA, Conditional Access) from scratch, and I recently passed the MS-102 exam to round out the credentialing side of things while still studying for the SC-300. I'm looking for a fully remote role in M365 administration, identity and access management, or SaaS product support, somewhere I can keep growing technically, ideally with more depth in the IAM/governance direction, while working independently and communicating mostly in writing. I'm detail-oriented, comfortable being the go-to person for a system rather than one of many hands on it, and genuinely enjoy the security/identity side of IT more than general helpdesk work.
