At Intel, I administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online. I use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate administrative workflows and reporting.

I also configure Microsoft Entra ID security controls, support Microsoft Defender and Purview implementations, and provide Tier 3 support for complex Exchange issues. I participate in incident reviews and work with infrastructure and security teams on migrations and upgrades.
