I’m a Technical Product and Program Manager with 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale AI and SaaS deployments, translating complex operational workflows into scalable AI systems. I focus on end-to-end technical delivery across cross-functional engineering and customer teams, with a strong bias toward repeatable deployment frameworks.

I’ve architected and shipped Elasticsearch-driven search and content personalization at scale, including search and discovery experiences that improve adoption across enterprise SaaS platforms. I’m also experienced owning search platform infrastructure, defining API contracts and platform standards consumed by internal teams.

Most recently, as an AI Deployment Strategist & Product Solutions Manager, I own enterprise AI voice agent platforms—defining conversation logic, routing schemas, and system behaviors that function as internal search and retrieval systems. I partner with engineering on index design, data pipelines, and observability, using AWS QuickSight to monitor reliability and search quality metrics.

Previously, I led platform API onboarding and enterprise integrations in regulated healthcare settings, including HIPAA- and IRB-compliant data pipelines and secure architecture implementations. I’ve also delivered 15 digital products in 12 months, coordinating product, engineering, and operations to drive measurable performance improvements from discovery through adoption.
