I’m a customer-first sales and shift leader with hands-on experience in fast-paced retail and coffee environments. From taking orders and providing friendly guest services to driving sales through upselling, I focus on dependable, polished service every shift.

I’ve managed team coverage and shift operations, including training staff to make coffee and food, bussing tables, washing dishes, and running the register. I’m comfortable with POS, cash handling (including counting and closing the till), phone etiquette, and cleaning/closing responsibilities, and I’m also trained to support customer service smoothly from a front-desk perspective.
