I’m a SC cleared digital transformation and business change specialist with 15+ years delivering solutions, products, and services that release tangible benefits to business stakeholders. I bring a proven ability to blend Prince2, Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum approaches, and I’ve frequently managed global teams of 100+ people across multiple time zones.
In my current role, I’m helping deliver GovPass—improving interoperability and security across 150+ additional sites by building a 3-year pipeline and streamlining decision-making with evidence-led site selection scoring. Across government and public sector programmes, I’ve modernised platforms and migrated services (including M365), led multi-vendor enterprise delivery (cloud and on-prem), and repeatedly recovered from exception to deliver on time, under budget, and to quality—most notably the £1.2M Shared Services Connectivity recovery and other high-pressure, fixed-deadline initiatives. I’m motivated by leading multidisciplinary delivery at pace while applying GDS standards, Secure by Design principles, and ITIL frameworks to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
