I've delivered customer service across tourism, hospitality, education, and construction for more than 10 years. Most recently, at Scooter and Jeep Rental Puerto Rico, I supported vehicle reservations, payments, rental policies, customer concerns, tour-package sales, and social media marketing.

At Bower Development, I prepared construction sites, completed final detail cleaning, and conducted quality-control inspections to support safety, cleanliness, and project standards.

I've also coordinated international student tours with Belo USA, led onboard guest activities for Holland America Cruise Line, and taught English to learners of varied ages in Brazil. I bring strong communication, organization, problem-solving, multilingual support in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and a commitment to helping clients have a positive experience.
