I’m a remote customer service professional with a strong background in customer support, hospitality, technical troubleshooting, live chat, and client relations. I’m known for managing high-volume interactions across phone, email, and chat while staying professional and focused on great customer experiences.

In my current role providing customer support for electric bikes and accessories, I troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with orders, shipping updates, warranties, and returns. I resolve concerns efficiently, collaborate remotely to improve customer satisfaction, and handle multiple conversations in fast-paced conditions.

Previously, I worked as a Hotel Customer Service Agent, supporting guests with reservations, check-ins, and booking inquiries. I resolved customer complaints, maintained accurate customer records, and helped strengthen guest satisfaction by exceeding service expectations.

I also bring experience supporting vulnerable clients as a caregiver, including daily living assistance, medication reminders, recordkeeping, and communication with staff and families. Earlier roles included English tutoring and customer service work for hotel bookings and travel-related inquiries—experiences that reinforced my empathy, communication, and ability to learn quickly in different environments.
