Most recently, at COMERICA BANK, I led transformation and remediation for Wealth Management after 2023 Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) examination failures at a $336B asset institution. I delivered 10 FRB-mandated regulatory projects in 10 months (reducing backlog 30%), created FRB/OCC-aligned change request governance foundations (reducing backlog 40%), and increased post-implementation efficiency 40% while delivering 90% of projects on time.
