What I'm looking for

I want to support and administer Microsoft 365 at an enterprise scale—solving L2 incidents with strong RCA, improving governance and security, and using PowerShell/automation to increase efficiency while consistently meeting SLAs.

I’m an L2 Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 application support and incident management on a global IT project for PepsiCo. I focus on resolving complex issues, meeting SLAs, and improving stability in large enterprise environments.

I administer and support SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams—handling site and permissions governance, sync/access/sharing troubleshooting, and user enablement. I also support Microsoft 365 security and compliance, including MFA, sensitivity labels, DLP, and retention.

I strengthen operations through root cause analysis, documentation, and automation. I use PowerShell to automate reports and administrative tasks, support PowerAutomate flows, and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to streamline service delivery.
