What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a restaurant or hospitality leadership role where I can lead teams, improve guest experience, and manage operations end-to-end—while continuing to grow my structured project management skills.

I’m a restaurant manager focused on guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations. I lead teams with clear communication, hands-on problem solving, and consistent service standards—especially during busy periods.

In my roles, I manage reservations, daily meetings, inventory counts, and monthly expense and restaurant sales reporting. I also oversee training for dining staff, coordinate product ordering with suppliers, support menu updates, and handle interviews for new staff.

Earlier guest-facing and assistant experience strengthened my service mindset—handling check-in/check-out preparations, transportation coordination, and accurate guest guidance across departments. Now, while completing my Master’s in International Project Management, I’m applying that structured, organized approach to hospitality operations and people leadership.
