I’m looking for a challenging, dynamic hospitality role where I can combine front desk expertise with warm, multilingual guest care. I want to support smooth operations, solve issues calmly, and grow in an environment that values professionalism and continuous learning.

I’m a positive, sunny, and resourceful hospitality professional with a strong work ethic, responsibility, and a real desire to keep learning. I bring a caring, precise, and punctual approach to service, and I enjoy working with people while delivering professional, elegant, and clean hospitality.

My most recent experience is as a Wine tasting host, where I provide guided wine tastings, wine service, and winery tours for an international clientele, including primarily guests from Austria. I also completed the Level 1 course offered by the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS), strengthening my confidence in turning hospitality into a wine-focused guest experience.

Previously, I worked as a Five-Star Hotel Receptionist handling full front office operations in a large property for up to 500 international guests. I managed guest welcome and check-in, provided detailed information about the hotel and services, handled guest complaints, coordinated with all hotel departments, arranged excursions, processed payments, and completed check-out procedures.

I also spent more than three years as a Front Desk Receptionist at a four-star hotel serving a predominantly Austrian clientele. I managed reservations via email and telephone using hotel management systems and platforms including 5 Stelle, Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, and Weekendesk, coordinated group arrivals and on-site events, and even supervised housekeeping staff and the night auditor while taking care of cash handling, invoices, receipts, daily cash reconciliation, and closing procedures.
