What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can lead back-office operations, drive client satisfaction, and own compliance/KYC and risk processes—using decision-making, critical thinking, and leadership to improve performance and support teams.

I’m a remote virtual administrator and “2nd in command” who manages all back-office admin departments, bringing fast, decisive problem-solving and strong critical thinking to support operational excellence.

I’ve built a track record in client-facing roles as a client success manager and nurse staffing recruiter, staying effective under pressure while improving performance through clear communication and time management.

In risk and compliance, I’ve led “Head of Risk & QC” and “Compliance KYC Supervisor and Risk Agent” work, with a focus on KYC, compliance, risk management, and maintaining high attention to detail—alongside roles like office management, complaints, and training/HR stand-in support.

I also bring teaching experience as a foreign English teacher, with lesson planning, classroom management, safety of learners, and presentation creativity—supported by TEFL 150 hours and RE 5 credentials, plus a BCom background.
