I’m looking for a role where I can use my admin, customer support, and CRM experience to deliver accurate work, meet targets, and build strong client relationships—while continuing to grow professionally and contribute with my structured teaching mindset.

I’m a dedicated administrative and customer service professional who blends office support, reception/front desk confidence, and call centre experience to keep operations running smoothly. I’ve worked as a Personal Assistant/Virtual Assistant creating and submitting finance applications, collecting and verifying documentation, arranging payouts with banks, and capturing accurate data—while also handling client feedback and follow-ups.

I also bring a strong customer-facing sales background from inbound/outbound call centre work, including updating records in CRM systems, confirming employment details, and assessing loan and credit card eligibility with confidentiality. Alongside my administration career, I’m a freelance ESL teacher (TEFL-qualified) and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education, so I bring structured teaching, lesson planning, and continuous improvement to everything I do.
