I’m looking to lead delivery and commercial outcomes for enterprise/AI programs—owning governance, P&L, and team performance. I thrive in cross-timezone environments and want to build repeatable frameworks that turn complex work into measurable business results.

I’m a senior delivery leader with 10+ years of end-to-end project ownership in IT outsourcing and enterprise software delivery, including AI/ML-integrated platforms and large-scale enterprise systems. I lead delivery governance end-to-end—from scoping and contracting through deployment—while owning P&L, driving presales and commercial activities, and turning underperforming delivery programs around through structured process design, stakeholder alignment, and outcome-driven team leadership.
