What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help organizations turn AI, CRM, and digital systems into practical operating improvements through workflow redesign, implementation, training, and governance-aware adoption.

I lead AI implementation and business-systems engagements at Time to Revenue AI, taking teams from workflow diagnosis and requirements through prototypes, implementation support, documentation, and training.

I’ve designed prospect-intelligence, CRM automation, sales-activity tracking, and AI-assisted operating environments. My work has reduced repetitive administration and given managers clearer visibility into sales process gaps.

Previously, I led science, R&D, and technology at Unique Therapeutics Global, delivering an iOS patient-tracking app and practitioner portal across multiple jurisdictions. I’ve also led digital transformation for 50+ franchise chapters and technical strategy for controlled-environment agriculture ventures.
