What I'm looking for

I'm seeking fractional, contract or interim engagements across Canada and the USA where I can lead AI transformation, SaaS and automation initiatives from strategy and business case through delivery, adoption and measurable optimization.

I've founded and led Digital Core's AI, SaaS and automation practice, building intelligent infrastructure for businesses across retail, leisure, energy, marketing and finance.

I designed and built production AI agents including Robyn, an LLM-powered shopping assistant that scores live catalogs to provide concern-focused recommendations. My work also includes booking, energy-efficiency, campaign and accounting agents, plus custom SaaS platforms, API integrations, mobile apps and AI kiosks.

I run transformation from discovery and business case through product strategy, development, adoption and post-launch optimization, tying initiatives to revenue, cost and customer-experience KPIs.

Through Digital Core, I've supported brands including Amazon, Nike, Emirates and Shell, while leading multidisciplinary product, engineering, AI and design teams across multiple industries.

Founded and leads the technical arm of the Digital Core group, building custom AI agents, SaaS platforms, API integrations, mobile apps, and AI kiosks. Established a six-stage delivery methodology and launched an intelligent commerce layer for physical retail.
