What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine AI strategy and hands-on implementation—running discovery, leading cross-functional delivery to production, and building responsible AI/data governance while partnering closely with executives and stakeholders.

I work on AI from both a business and technical perspective. I help identify where it makes sense to use it, then lead the work to build and implement it—taking projects from early discussions with leadership through to systems running in production. My experience across technology, marketing, and sales keeps me focused on results.

I’ve led discovery workshops, defined AI roadmaps, and scoped initiatives across multiple teams in a structured, client-style engagement model. In my current role, I delivered automation and AI systems that replaced manual work (equivalent to ~17 roles in cost savings) and presented insights to executives for decision-making. I also defined data governance and responsible AI practices covering privacy, access, and safe usage.

Earlier, I designed data architecture and automated reporting workflows, reducing manual effort by ~40%, while building finance data models for forecasting and visibility. I also built a locally trained computer vision model (~95% accuracy) to detect metal 3D printing defects in real time and created dashboards to support funnel, retention, and performance tracking. As a founder, I built an AI-driven wellness platform using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems with analytics and feedback loops.
