I’m looking to lead end-to-end, high-impact projects where I can optimize operations, manage budgets, align cross-functional teams in an agile environment, and use data (KPIs/Power BI) to drive measurable growth.

I’m an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in International Business Management and 4+ years leading high-impact projects across hospitality, retail, logistics, and financial sectors. I bring systems thinking and an executive mindset, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing end-to-end processes with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

I’ve built and scaled three businesses from zero, including scaling an apparel company by +400% (from 5 to 22 people) and delivering fast commercial wins like break-even in 3 months at a gastro-restaurant launch. I’ve also led full project lifecycles—from complex build-outs and renovations (including a heritage restoration award) to vendor negotiation, operational design, recruitment and onboarding, and KPI-driven decision-making—so teams can keep performing after handover.
