I am a Business Administrator with a Master’s in Project Management and PMP certification, with more than 15 years of experience leading projects, optimizing processes, and developing teams across the financial, fitness, and retail industries. My career has been focused on improving operations, building scalable systems, and delivering measurable results — from standardizing processes in a multi-gym network, to redesigning workflows at a financial cooperative and boosting customer satisfaction.

Beyond my technical background, I am passionate about creating order, solving problems, and helping people succeed. I thrive in roles where I can combine structure with human interaction — whether that’s coordinating schedules, managing client relationships, translating, or supporting teams to work more efficiently.
