Lia Costa Pereira Sousa Ferreira

I’m a multilingual, customer-focused professional with experience in retail and customer support, including managing stock and helping customers with inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

At Jumbo (2018–2024), I assisted customers, maintained excellent service, and kept operations running smoothly by managing stock and responding to needs quickly. From 2021–2022, I supported customers remotely by understanding their needs and providing suitable service solutions with a professional, friendly approach.

Since 2022, I’ve also been tutoring Dutch and English, adapting teaching methods to individual needs for students and language learners. I bring strong communication, problem-solving skills, and comfort working in remote team settings.
