I am an Executive Support Specialist with hands-on experience improving lead conversion and optimizing client workflows. In my current role I increased lead conversion by 35–40%, raising the recent rate to 39% through proactive follow-ups and streamlined processes.

I have managed and nurtured fresh leads across more than five online platforms, built organized trackers, and created SOPs to optimize lead management workflows. I also train and onboard new team members, producing training materials and knowledge bases for long-term reference.

Previously as an Account Manager, I designed and implemented a consolidated request process that centralized client communications, reduced reliance on multiple platforms, and improved response times. I served as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, onboarding clients from setup through launch and handling day-to-day requests and escalations.
