What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable onboarding, lifecycle engagement, and retention programs while partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes.

At Honeycomb Credit, I lead customer success programs that help small businesses launch, adopt the platform, and return to raise capital. I built self-service onboarding resources and automated HubSpot lifecycle workflows, while supporting 10 repeat raises totaling approximately $500K.

Previously, I managed 50+ accounts and helped raise $3M in capital with a 70% campaign success rate. I partnered with Sales and Marketing to redesign handoffs and reduce churn by 25%, and clients recognized my communication and relationship management in 13 public 5-star Google reviews.

My experience also includes managing service delivery for 1,200+ clients at The Wolf Group and onboarding 200+ cybersecurity and risk-management accounts at ACA Group. I enjoy turning customer needs, engagement data, and cross-functional collaboration into repeatable playbooks and stronger customer journeys.
