At Verily, I build and scale employee lifecycle programs that strengthen onboarding, performance, internal mobility, recognition, and retention. I transformed new-hire orientation for remote delivery, reaching 90% of the company and reducing first-year attrition by 10%.

I've led cross-functional programs from decoupling onboarding from Google infrastructure to building internal mobility and employee recognition programs from the ground up. I also oversee biannual performance evaluations for 1,500+ employees and supported M&A transition workflows that onboarded 180+ acquired employees with minimal disruption.

Previously at Stanford University's School of Engineering, I provided HR support for 1,000+ staff, advised on policies and leave matters, and used workforce reporting to identify process improvements. I also owned onboarding and offboarding operations and maintained personnel-file accuracy across systems.

My earlier recruiting experience at Aerotek gave me end-to-end experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating engineering talent for medical device startups. I'm motivated by creating seamless, empathetic employee experiences that help people grow.
