I’m a bilingual, service-focused leader with over a decade of leadership experience across hospitality and client service. I’m known for building strong client relationships, managing high-value contracts, and aligning daily operations with guest experience and business outcomes.

In my current role, I oversee fast-paced, high-volume operations while leading teams of 25+ to improve service quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction. I manage budgeting and forecasting, optimize inventory and costs through vendor negotiations, coordinate events and logistics, and ensure ongoing compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

I’ve also managed multi-outlet hospitality operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, and I’ve strengthened administrative efficiency in a health information environment by improving workflow, coordinating with insurance providers, and implementing quality control checks. Now, I’m actively transitioning into real estate and eager to bring my relationship-building, operational management, and sales-driven mindset to a new growth-focused role.
