At IMCI Technologies, I lead customer discovery, solution architecture, enterprise integration, implementation, validation, and technical enablement from early pursuit through verified customer outcomes. I built analytics for 300+ telecommunications sites that eliminated approximately 1,200 annual survey truck rolls, developed an international-order application that reduced executive effort from up to six hours to 30 minutes or less, and created a migration solution that accelerated a 100+ site deployment by an estimated 8–10 weeks.

I bring hands-on experience across remote monitoring, Linux and Windows, SQL, messaging, networking, security, field protocols, testing, and technical documentation. Earlier, I led 15 Kinko's branches and approximately 275 employees, managed regional operations at Service Point USA, and built customer-service judgment through flight-service management at Trans World Airlines.
