At Global Development Incubator, I conduct structured apprenticeship interviews and turn candidate and post-placement data into reports that inform hiring and programme decisions. I clean and validate recruitment pipeline data in Excel, audit data quality, analyse satisfaction results, and support workflow automation for application intake and interview scheduling.

My work combines hands-on HR operations with research and analytics. At Brain Hill and the University of Ghana, I supported HRIS records, payroll-related data accuracy, onboarding, interviews, training, reporting, and employee documentation.

With an MPhil in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I bring a people-focused research foundation to recruitment, data analysis, and reporting. I have used Excel, SPSS, SQL, and Python to collect, clean, analyse, and communicate data for research and HR initiatives.
