I am a results-driven professional with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and extensive experience in human resources, operations, and organizational leadership. My career has been marked by a commitment to developing HR strategies that align with business objectives, managing employee relations, and implementing performance management systems. I thrive in environments that require data-driven decision-making and have a strong background in talent acquisition and compliance.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led HR functions in various organizations, optimizing processes and fostering positive workplace cultures. My role as Finance and Operations Manager at the Ano Institute of Arts and Knowledge allowed me to spearhead HR functions, manage procurement processes, and coordinate significant projects, such as Ghana's representation at the Venice Biennale.
