I'm looking to continue building practical HR functions and people strategies for growing organizations, while supporting C-suite leaders through advisory and executive-assistance engagements.

I'm the founder of HR Analytica GH, where I've built a referral-led HR consultancy supporting SMEs across Ghana. At Nsoroma GPS Ltd, I built the HR function from scratch, including policies, onboarding, job descriptions, employee-relations procedures, workforce planning, and a workforce dashboard.

Across Media General Ghana, Feilu Company Limited, Jobberman Ghana, and other organizations, I've led performance management, recruitment, HR analytics, employee engagement, training, and organizational change. I bring 7+ years of progressive HR experience, 40+ successful placements, PHRi certification, and an MA in Human Resources with Informatics.
