What I'm looking for

I seek a data- or finance-focused role in a collaborative organization where I can apply analytical tools, support operational excellence, and grow into more senior data or finance responsibilities.

I am an analytical and detail-oriented BSc Economics graduate with hands-on experience in banking, tax administration, and HR operations. I have practical experience from internships at Prudential Bank Ghana and the Ghana Revenue Authority, and I currently support HR processes at the Volta River Authority.

My strengths include advanced Excel, Power BI, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn), Stata, and data reporting for decision-making. I have contributed to payroll and performance tracking, tax record management, customer service operations, reconciliation, and administrative reporting.

I am professional, integrity-driven, GDPR-aware, and motivated to support operational excellence in financial institutions or data-focused teams. I seek roles where I can apply data analysis and finance knowledge to improve processes and deliver measurable results.
