I've built administrative, compliance, and financial infrastructure for multi-site U.S. real estate portfolios. Most recently, I led systems standardization for Buckeye Communities' 14-site, three-state manufactured home community portfolio, reporting directly to the CEO.

I conducted an entity audit that surfaced lot allocation discrepancies and built a gated cross-site training portal to standardize onboarding. At Keel Team and 4 Brothers Commercial, I supported the CEO across operations, acquisitions, compliance, hiring, payroll, workflow automation, and reporting.

My work has included hire/fire oversight of onsite property managers, self-storage operations coordination, vendor and insurance processes, website development, SEO, and podcast production.

Before moving into U.S. real estate operations, I led commercial landscaping, construction, and environmental projects in South Africa and operated two businesses with responsibility for staffing, payroll, accounting, contracts, marketing, production, and client acquisition.
