What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can independently manage operations and administration, strengthen workflows and accountability, and deliver reliable finance, payroll/HR compliance, and stakeholder reporting—ideally in a remote-friendly environment with clear priorities.

I’m an Operations and business administration professional with a track record of independently managing complex, multi-function business environments across agriculture, hospitality, education, tourism, and property management. I’m experienced in entering disorganised or underdeveloped operational environments and building the systems, workflows, and processes needed to create stability, efficiency, and accountability.

In my most recent role as an Operations & Administration Manager, I administered the full financial function—VAT submissions, PAYE, UIF, payroll processing, balance sheet preparation, and annual cash flow projections—using Xero and Sage. I also managed HR administration (employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, performance management, and labour compliance) and supported statutory audits by preparing documentation and coordinating vendors, maintenance scheduling, and tenant communication.

Earlier, as a Campus Manager, I built operational systems for a newly established educational campus and strengthened reporting structures and communication workflows largely from the ground up. I’ve also coordinated multi-stakeholder programmes and events, including funder reporting, proposal writing, scheduling, and remote team supervision, and I’m fully remote-ready with a dedicated home office and stable connectivity.
