What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an executive coordination or operations role where I can strengthen leadership workflows, build reliable governance systems, manage complex priorities, and provide data-driven insights. I'm open to remote collaboration with global teams across US and European time zones.

I've built executive office systems through a self-initiated Executive Operations Portfolio, covering meeting lifecycles, inbox prioritisation, travel logistics, action registers, communication templates, and SharePoint document governance.

At Academic Institute of Excellence, I coordinate qualification operations across academic leadership, faculty, accreditation bodies, and institutional executives. I deployed a live compliance dashboard and a SharePoint management system that reduced document retrieval time by 70% and eliminated duplication.

Previously at Boston City Campus, I led student success and operational coordination across high-volume programmes, managed caseloads of up to 500 stakeholders, trained students and faculty on systems, and turned performance data into actionable leadership insights.
